Ethical cultures are essential for the long-term health and profitability of individual companies, communities and the global economy. CEBC raises awareness about this critical perspective by offering executive leaderership forums that are designed to:
- reinforce the importance of putting ethical values at the heart of an organization’s sense of mission and purpose;
- and, alert audiences to the practical challenges associated with sustaining and continually refreshing the focus on ethics and business responsibilities – as well as the risks of failure.

- CEBC Members Roundtables
CEBC Roundtables engage chief executive officers, general counsels, human resource executives and ethics and compliance officers in confidential dialogues about emerging issues and best practices for creating and sustaining ethical cultures.
- Minnesota Business Ethics Award (MBEA)
The MBEA recognizes Minnesota businesses that have exemplified and promoted ethical conduct for the benefit of the workplace, the marketplace, the environment and the community.
- Public Forums
The Center’s public forums focus on the challenges of building and sustaining ethical business cultures.
- Public Speaking
CEBC staff addresses business organizations around the United States about the importance of creating ethical cultures including the Dorsey Corporate Counsel Symposium, Ethics Officer and Compliance Association, Health Care Compliance Association, Human Resources Planning Society, National Association of Corporate Directors, Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics and The Conference Board.
