CEBC Simulations

While ethical decision-making is sometimes a matter of choosing between right and wrong, it can also be a matter of choosing between right and right.

Each CEBC simulation confronts participants with multiple business and ethical challenges encountered in running a business. In small groups, participants become the leadership team of a corporation. Each team member gets some basic information about the company and their unique management role, responsibilities, motivations and history with the company. Additional information is delivered to team members through messages (brief snippets of phone, voice mail, fax, email, etc.).

CEBC simulations provide participants with an opportunity to examine leadership, team-building and conflict-resolution skills.

  • The Pogo Simulation™

  • Regeneration, Inc.™

  • Consolidated Manufacturing, Inc.™

  • American Banking Group, Inc.™
