In 2004, the Center was awarded a 3-year grant by The McKnight Foundation to encourage Minnesota employers to implement work and family policies and practices. 

Working with a broad range of Partner Organizations, CEBC established the Minnesota Work«Life Champions Awards to recognize and honor Minnesota employers who have created flexible and supportive workplaces that enable employees to meet family and personal responsibilities as well as business requirements. 

The Awards website features a wide range of practical information for employers as well as profiles of Award recipients and employer success stories.
