CEBC Leadership Team
Judy M. Olson Judy Olson is Administrative Assistant at the Center for Ethical Business Cultures at the University of St. Thomas. The Center, an independent 501(c)3, assists business leaders in building ethical and profitable business cultures at the enterprise, community and global levels. Ms. Olson provides support to the Center’s professional staff; handles the Center’s financial transactions and budgets in conjunction with the University of St. Thomas comptroller’s office and provides logistical and event coordination and support for CEBC programs and meetings. From 1997 to 1999 Ms. Olson served as Administrative Secretary for the Distinguished Chair in Real Estate at the University of St. Thomas. She also worked in conjunction with the Center for Real Estate Education and assisted them in various projects and classes along with her administrative duties to the Distinguished Chair in Real Estate. She joined the University of St. Thomas in 1994 as Program Coordinator for the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) where she provided support and coordination for SBDC’s four satellite locations; prescreened potential clients; supervised work study students; prepared regular monthly reports for the SBDC regional director; and assisted the director in overseeing budget compliance. During the 1980s and early 1990s, Ms. Olson held positions as Office Manager and Accounts Payable/Receivable with Microfacs Inc. in St. Louis Park, as Office Manager for Immedia Duplication Services Inc. in Roseville, and as Office Manager /Executive Secretary for Marketing Decisions Inc. in Minneapolis. Ms. Olson attended St. Cloud State College and the University of Minnesota from 1964-1967. Ms. Olson and her husband Bob reside in Minneapolis. They have two married children Michael, a graduate of the University of St. Thomas and Notre Dame, and Rachael, also a graduate of the University of St. Thomas. Ms. Olson is a past president of the Women of Today and Past President of the St. Helena Home and School Association. Judy and Bob are pre-marriage facilitators for the Prepare Course offered to engaged couples prior to their marriage. They meet with about four to five couples a year. For more information, please
