CEBC Leadership Team
Terri L. Hastings Terri L. Hastings, MIM, MBA, is the Director of Programs and Operations for the Center for Ethical Business Cultures (CEBC) at the University of St. Thomas. The Center, an independent 501(c)3, assists business leaders in building ethical and profitable business cultures at the enterprise, community and global levels. Ms. Hastings has primary responsibility for developing and producing the Center’s business ethics management programs, services and information resources made available to member companies and clientele as well as the Center’s university partner ― the University of St. Thomas - Minnesota. Ms. Hastings’ duties at CEBC include the strategic development, implementation and oversight of CEBC’s: international projects, programs and services; programming designed to encourage student interest and research in the area of business ethics and corporate social responsibility; business development plans and annual operating budget; and, CEBC’s website, other electronic media, and University communications.
Prior
to joining CEBC, Ms. Hastings was General Manager of the Off Fifth Saks Fifth
Avenue Outlet in Minneapolis, Minnesota and a Department Manager for Sears in
Dallas – Ft. Worth, Texas. Ms. Hastings received her Master of Business Administration and Master of International Management from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul - Minneapolis, Minnesota and her Bachelor of Business Administration from Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas.
